  Moynihan Station Phase 2 (USA)

  Worked on the Moynihan Station Re-development Phase 2 with SOM, Port Authority and close to twenty speciality consultants to develop various cost models varying from $620 million to $750 million.

Port Authority Bus Terminal(USA)

Worked on various design iterations and schedules for the redevelopment of entrance Ramps and terminals.

South Beach Psychiatric Center(USA)

We were engaged in the project from creating estimates during the Schematic stage through to the 100% construction stage. 

Hunter Point South Infrastructure and Waterfront Park (USA)

 Provided cost estimates through schematic to Construction document stage for Hunters Point South Phase 1 and 2.

Stony Brook University - Medical and Research Translation Building and New Bed Tower(USA)

Provided Cost estimates as part of the cost control team for the two new buildings.
